We guarantee all information on our website. The same applies to photos and descriptions of goods. We indicate the prices including VAT. The price also includes delivery costs.

Complaints and withdrawal from the contract

In the context of consumer protection you have the possibility to complain about the goods. In this case, inform us immediately by e-mail after delivery of the defective goods. Send the goods together with the original or a copy of the tax document to the above address. We will examine the complaint no later than three working days after delivery of the defective goods to our address and inform you about the result within this period.

You also have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after delivery of the goods. In this case, return the goods to us in the original condition, complete and without any signs of damage or use, to the above address and inform us about it by e-mail. We will transfer the money to the bank account you specified within three days after delivery. In case of a claim or withdrawal from the contract, you will bear the cost of returning the goods to our address.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time before you receive the goods. In this case, send us an e-mail and specify the number of the order you want to cancel, as well as the bank account number to which the money should be transferred back. We will send you the money within three days after cancellation of the order.

We are a Czech company focused on the development and production of nutritional supplements for professional e-sport gamers as well as for casual players of competitive games.

We ship the ordered goods within 24 hours. The package is usually delivered within the countries of the European Union in 2-3 working days after the shipment.
